A weekly ritual / A living archive

The weekly
return.

We meet the city at the pace of a conversation.

01 / Human truth

A community forms through repetition: the same morning, familiar faces, unfinished conversations picked up mid-stride.

Run & More gives Warsaw's creative community a weekly rhythm. People arrive carrying different lives, move at a shared pace, then stay for coffee, breakfast and everything the morning becomes.

Running creates the appointment. Showing up creates the bond.

02 / Creative platform

The idea

The Weekly
Return

Identity field — rhythm, signal, repetition

Regularity turns a meeting point into a place of belonging.

The club lives in the gesture of returning — to the same people, the same streets and a conversation that keeps moving.

As we arrivewe become visible.

As we movewe make room.

As we breathewe listen.

As we returnwe become familiar.

As we staywe become friends.

Every weekthe distance between us changes.

Film structure

01

Roll call

Five members wait on the track. The lens meets their faces while runners cut through the frame. Stillness and motion occupy the same image.

02

Preparation

Laces, sleeves, a coffee passed between hands. Small gestures establish the group before a single step is taken.

03

Shared pace

The five move through Warsaw in a loose formation. Conversation moves between breaths. A faster runner returns to the group.

04

Crossing

Bodies pass close to lens. At a light, the group waits together. The camera stays inside the rhythm rather than ahead of it.

05

After the run

The pace settles at the table. Coffee lands, chairs move closer and the morning opens into the rest of the day.

04 / Voiceover

Sunday, ten o'clock. Five people make their way to the track.

We arrive with the week still on us: work, messages, ideas, the things we have not had time to say.

There is coffee in one hand. A lace comes undone. Someone asks how you are, then waits for the real answer.

We begin to run. The city moves around us, and the conversation keeps its place.

Some of us are faster. Someone always comes back. At the crossing, we wait. Then we carry on together.

By the time we stop, the morning has changed shape.

Coffee. Breakfast. Another story. One more chair at the table.

Run & More.
Sunday, 10:00.

05 / Image world

01 — Atmosphere appears before perfect visibility.

Casting direction

Real members. Distinct faces. Different histories. Natural chemistry remains visible in every frame.

Camera language

Available light, long lenses and patient observation. Movement passes close to the camera. Stillness carries equal weight.

02 — A precise grid holds instinctive movement.
03 — Data becomes a memory of time spent together.

06 / Sound direction

Entry sound

Breath becomes
the measure.

Open the field

A sound world for the weekly return

Fabric, footsteps, breath, traffic lights, small laughs, an espresso machine. Music enters slowly and leaves enough space for the group to sound alive.
